Zoey is killed by a gigantic centipede altered by toxic waste and an unquenchable hunger. As the survivors discover this creature, they attempt a tunnel escape.
The remaining survivors find a passage leading out of the underground lake and it leads to a toxic waste dump and an epic showdown with the creature on the surface.
